The Built-In Analytics Dashboard
Quick tour of Admin → Reports → Dashboard. The 4 metrics that matter daily, the 3 charts worth watching, and what it doesn’t cover.

Your raffle admin includes a built-in analytics dashboard at Admin → Reports → Dashboard. It surfaces the four or five metrics you actually need to look at every day, without building a custom report. This page is a tour.
The top-of-page metrics
- Today’s revenue: gross paid orders since midnight, compared to the same window yesterday. Drives the gut-check of “is anything broken?”.
- Last-7-day revenue, a week-on-week comparison that smooths out single-day spikes.
- Active customers (30d) counts how many unique buyers placed an order, the denominator behind retention.
- AOV (last 7 days), or average order value, tells you whether your upsells and bundles are working.
Charts
- Daily revenue is a 30-day bar chart, and the first place ad-spend ROI shows up.
- New vs returning split, a 14-day cohort view: healthy raffle sites trend towards 50%+ returning over 90 days.
- Acquisition by source(a pie chart of UTM sources). If “direct/unknown” dominates, your tagging is incomplete. See UTM Tags & Attribution.
What this is not
The dashboard gives the operator-level glance. For granular slice and dice (per-product, per-creative, retention curves), pull the CSV exports from Reports overview and open them in your spreadsheet of choice. For customer-journey funnel analysis, install Google Analytics 4.
